Witsieshoek: Day 1: Climb to the summit of the Sentinel. This hike involves rock climbing with the aid of ropes over exposed sections at high altitude, therefore a head for heights is required. Robert Sprouse (aka Bugs) is an experienced climber and has kindly offered to lead the climbing section. A minimum of 6 hikers is required for this hike to take place and a maximum of 10 can be accommodated. Spend the night in the Sentinel Caves. Day 2: Optional day hike to Tugela Falls via the chain ladders and back. |
